1. Overview

At Nanny Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and services. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

By purchasing any product or service, you agree to this policy.

2. Digital Courses (All Online Courses)

All course purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once you gain access to a course, we cannot revoke access to the content, and therefore:

  • ❌ No refunds will be issued after purchase
  • ❌ No partial refunds
  • ❌ No refunds for unused content

This applies to:

  • The Professional Nanny Blueprint
  • The Parent–Nanny Partnership Blueprint

3. Coaching & Advisory Sessions

Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance
  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be honored

Refund Policy

  • ❌ No refunds once a session has been booked
  • ❌ No refunds for missed sessions (“no-shows”)

4. Bundled Products

For bundled purchases (e.g., Professional Nanny Career Bundle):

  • ❌ No partial refunds for unused components
  • ❌ No refunds once any part of the bundle has been accessed or used

5. Printed Certificates

For physical products (e.g., printed certificates):

  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
    • The item is damaged during delivery
    • The wrong item was sent

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo evidence).

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once:

  • You may request a refund within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase
  • Proof of duplicate transaction is required

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to your purchase:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue

Refunds will not be issued for technical issues that can be resolved.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Nanny Academy, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Revocation of access to services
  • Future purchase restrictions
