Dian Shackelford is the founder of Nanny Academy and an experienced childcare professional with years of hands-on experience inside private homes. Having worked directly with families and built a boutique staffing agency, Dian understands both the expectations placed on household professionals and the challenges they face. She recognized the need for clear guidance, professionalism, and education in an industry that often lacks structure.
