2. Online Courses & Digital Training Programs
No Automatic Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our courses:
- All course purchases are non-refundable once access is granted
- This includes video lessons, downloadable materials, quizzes, and certificates
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only if:
- You are unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue caused by us
- The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase
- The issue cannot be resolved by our support team
Approval of such refunds is at our sole discretion.
3. Certifications
- Certification fees are non-refundable
- Certificates issued by NannyAcademy.us are educational and non-governmental
- No refunds will be issued based on employment outcomes or job placement expectations
4. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Downloads)
All digital products are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-returnable
- Non-transferable
Once delivered, digital products cannot be revoked or returned.
5. Subscriptions (Job Board, Memberships, Premium Access)
Subscription Fees
- Subscription payments are billed in advance
- Fees are non-refundable, including partial usage periods
Cancellation
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
6. Job Board Services
Fees paid for:
- Job postings
- Profile upgrades
- Featured listings
- Employer or nanny subscriptions
Are non-refundable, regardless of:
- Hiring success
- Number of applications received
- Job duration or outcome
NannyAcademy.us does not guarantee job placement or candidate availability.
7. Physical Products (Merchandise & Supplies)
Eligible Returns
Physical items may be returned if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in original packaging
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Clearance or promotional items
- Items damaged due to misuse
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
8. Order Errors & Technical Issues
If you experience:
